We want to make your visit as enjoyable and stress-free as possible. Our policies cover various aspects of your experience at our salon, from appointments to product returns, and more.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

We understand that life happens and that you may not be able to keep your reservation. We ask that you give us a minimum of 24 hours of notice. Last minute cancellations and ‘no shows’ leave gaps in our stylist’s schedule that we are unable to fill in without sufficient notice. Thank you for considering your stylist’s time, as well as helping us better serve you and your fellow clients.

Cancellations or Rescheduling within 24 hours may result in a 50% charge of your scheduled services. ‘No shows’ will result in limited scheduling abilities for future, as well as a 100% service charge for the missed appointment.

Service Guarantee

Our goal is to provide you with beautiful hair that makes you happy. If you are unsatisfied with any result, please notify us within 5 days of your initial visit. We are happy to make complimentary adjustments within 2 weeks of the original service date. Due to the nature of our industry, and that all services require our stylist’s time, we do not offer refunds for our services.

Children

Children under 10 are welcome in the salon when they are receiving a service. During their appointment, the child must be accompanied by their parent at all times and be able to sit still to receive their service safely. We take the safety of our guests very seriously. This is an environment with hot tools, sharp instruments & chemicals, so child supervision is of utmost importance. If your child does not have an appointment, please refrain from bringing them to the salon.

Adolescent guests receiving any color service must be accompanied by their parent for the stylist consultation & to agree upon the proposed plan before services can begin. Their parent also must be present to provide payment at the end of the service. Please allow proper time in your schedule to spend in the salon with your young adult.

Late Arrival

Late arrivals create stress and risk a compromised experience for designers and guests alike. To ensure promptness and quality for all reservations, we may elect to reschedule reservations running 15 minutes late or later to another convenient time.

Payments

We accept all major credit/debit cards, Apple pay & cash. We do not accept checks.
